Came here for dinner after watching the Kentucky Derby. There were eight of us total. The food here is usually really good. It’s more of a casual menu, but it does the job and we like it a lot. We also ordered drinks. I had hot wings and asked for a few extra carrots and celery that always come with the wings. So I probably had maybe six small carrot pieces and six celery pieces. I didn’t realize it until I got home but they charged me An extra $2.00 for those three extra pieces of carrots and celery. I understand that everything has a cost, but that’s the most ridiculous markup I’ve ever seen, considering we were actuallygroup of eight people all drinking and eating, you think they might’ve just forgone the up-charge for the carrot pieces. It’s not much money, but it’s the principle. Other than that, our server was fantastic!

Food is better now, could use some more gluten free offerings and education. Service is good (Shelby is the best!), nice friendly staff. Gotta try the espresso martinis or drink of the week! Atmosphere fun!!

I had the Hoosier which is a tenderloin with a side of onion rings and it was delicious. A tenderloin sandwich is hard to find anyway but a good one even harder. They prepared it fresh it was tender and the flavor was great. The onion rings were out of this world not over battered and large rings not tiny burnt rings.

It was for Celebration of Life so not like a normal going for a meal but it was a beautiful facility and handled perfectly.

Always a good time. From Bingo and Judy (our server) being the best server, to the bar or buffet. Such a great staff. I wish all of Sun Lakes was this great!
